By creating an account or using the Zadi app or zadi.ink, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Zadi is an AI-assisted nutrition tracking app. It helps you log meals, count calories and macros, plan meals, and run intermittent fasting timers. It is not a medical device and the app does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a chronic condition, or have an eating disorder history.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Zadi. One account per person. You may not share or sell your account.
Zadi uses AI to estimate calorie and macro values from meal photos, recognise dishes, and suggest meal plans. AI estimates have uncertainty. Don't rely on Zadi as the sole source of truth for medically critical decisions (e.g. insulin dosing). Cross-check important values with packaging labels or a registered dietitian.
You agree not to:
The Zadi name, logo, app, website, and all content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Zadi. You retain ownership of the content you upload (meal photos, notes, weights). By uploading, you grant Zadi a limited license to process and display your content within the app on your behalf.
You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are required to be removed by law.
Zadi is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate to any specific level. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
